The hotel is peaceful and overall clean, has exceptional views to a garden view. It offers well heated and large rooms, and has excellent co-operating staff at the main reception desk. The location is favourable and perfect and it is next to underground and railservices as well as nearby train stations...

Clean
A Nightmare! This hotel is not a 4 star hotel and I cannot believe it is on this website. A very small cold room. The internet access does not reach the room and you have to go to the lobby. The safe did not work. The shower does not have much water pressure and is not very warm. Unhelpful staff that does not care about your problems - the worst experience I have ever had!

One standout moment was the really good kindness of the staff, especially when they were pretty good too arrange a taxi with a car seat for our early morning trip. Super helpful!
In my wife's opinion, a better kid-friendly area would enhance the stay.

Good central location with easy access to a variety of transport options. Breakfasts were good and efficient with service.
Back garden could be tidied up to make it more usable.

When it was possible to get a seat at breakast, the service was good. The window in my tiny room did not close properly, could not sleep or hear properly, due to the noise from the street. In Winter, this would be a health and safety issue. This kind of rip-off attitude will not be acceptable to international visitors at the London Olympics next year. The management of this hotel need to bear that in mind.
